Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings with emphasis on clinical excellence
- Utilize advanced nursing protocols for wound management, IV therapy, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with precision and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior nursing staff during supervised clinical rotations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Complete specialized training modules in critical care, telemetry, or emergency nursing
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent with valid nursing license
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience or recent graduate with externship
- Passing score on NCLEX or equivalent country-specific examination
- English proficiency verified by IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship (credentials evaluation required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification with willingness to obtain ACLS
