Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Qualifications
- Valid nursing license from your home country
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS scores required)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam within 90 days of training completion
- CPR certification
- Ability to obtain Minnesota nursing license post-training
