Responsibilities
- Complete our 12-week comprehensive paid technical training curriculum.
- Provide exceptional technical support to a diverse client base via phone and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in system architecture and security.
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (or eligible for sponsorship).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet for remote training modules.
- Ability to work full-time hours in the Indianapolis office.
