Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide customers through our products and services using training materials.
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred).
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a major advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
