Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and reducing costs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
