Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and optimize warehouse and logistics workflows to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean operational strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations or logistics management.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
