Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: Manage and optimize all aspects of the supply chain and production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise a diverse team of operational staff to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance workflow.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management, logistics, or a similar industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and driving results in a high-volume environment.
