Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: Manage and optimize all daily manufacturing processes and logistics workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and lead a team of 15+ employees, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain partners to manage inventory levels and reduce stock discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze operational reports, including P&L statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics within a fast-paced industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
