Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations specialists
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and customer service departments to align operational goals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Charlotte-based or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
