Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations leadership with 2+ years in management
- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
