Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including logistics, warehouse, and distribution
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain seamless supply chain operations
- Manage inventory control systems and implement lean methodologies
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in operations management with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in logistics, warehousing, and distribution systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and P&L accountability
