We're urgently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Jacksonville distribution hub. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in supply chain optimization and team leadership. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ staff members
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Lead inventory management systems and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years in warehouse/operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Expertise in WMS systems and inventory control
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
