Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Lead cross-departmental teams to achieve operational KPIs and SLAs
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management or logistics
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
