Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management or supply chain leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional team management
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or PMP certification preferred
