Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across production, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams in tech/manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
