- Analyze KPIs using data-driven insights to drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development track record
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make data-driven decisions
- CA-based operations experience preferred
