Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and mentorship
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and data-driven solutions
- Manage operational budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership role
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent project management and vendor negotiation abilities
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
