Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in tech or logistics
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs by 20%+
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
