- Oversee daily operations across 3 key departments including logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly forecasting and variance reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through agile project frameworks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic operational planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record implementing cost-saving initiatives averaging 15%+ annual savings
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
