- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional teams in daily operations while maintaining KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Manage $2M+ annual operational budget with rigorous cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align operational output with market demands
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain management in manufacturing or tech sector
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management success
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
