Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics and operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
