Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff to maximize productivity.
- Implement process improvements and Lean methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
- Manage the annual budget, forecasting, and financial reporting for the facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, warehousing, and customer service to align operations with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related supply chain role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
