Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily manufacturing and operational workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and operators.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards (ISO compliance preferred).
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing operational budgets.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
