Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
- Proven track record of budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities.
