Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, coordinators, and operators.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
- Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate maintenance and equipment management to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
