- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize supply chain performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record of leading operational teams and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of port operations and California regulatory requirements
