Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for front-desk reception, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing the switchboard.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, managing personnel files, and coordinating benefits enrollment.
- Develop and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding workplace safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3-5+ years in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and vendor management.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
