Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the overall efficiency of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment for all employees.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing contracts, renewals, and service quality to ensure optimal office functionality.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and client gatherings with a focus on high-quality execution.
- Budget & Procurement: Manage the office budget, track expenses, and oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Reception Support: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members to maintain a professional image.
- IT & Facilities: Liaise with IT support and facility management to resolve technical issues and maintain a safe, comfortable workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving office issues.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or business certification is a plus.
