About The Role:
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the daily administrative functions of the office, manage the budget, and coordinate inter-departmental projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests and employees alike, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met in every aspect of office management.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, security, and vendor management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and negotiate contracts with service providers (IT, cleaning, catering).
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and all-hands meetings.
- HR Liaison: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and maintain employee records in compliance with company policy.
- Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an office management, executive assistance, or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot office-related issues efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration preferred.
