Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office operations, including mail handling, facilities management, and vendor relations.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, negotiating with vendors to secure the best rates.
- Event Management: Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and employee onboarding sessions.
- HR Administration: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and processing HR paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with HRIS software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a highly organized workspace.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
