Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure efficiency and a seamless workflow.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage office supply inventory.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Financial Administration: Assist with payroll processing, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and routing messages effectively.
- HR Support: Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
