- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow for all departments.</li>
- Manage vendor relationships, including IT support, cleaning services, and office supply vendors.</li>
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, both onsite and offsite.</li>
- Maintain office inventory and manage the budget for office expenses and supplies.</li>
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.</li>
- Support the executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects.</li>
<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.</li>
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor coordination.</li>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.</li>
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li>
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.</li>
