Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist in code situations when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the US or eligible for foreign credential evaluation.
- Willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes and background checks.
- Strong English language communication skills (verbal and written).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
