Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by licensed nurses.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and medical histories accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (Visa Sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
- Basic English proficiency and strong communication skills.
- CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
