What You'll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to connect with customers and ensure their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; we are willing to train motivated candidates without a diploma.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
