Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with technical inquiries regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
