Responsibilities
- Harvest Operations: Assist in the timely and efficient harvesting of seasonal crops using hand tools and light machinery.
- Packing & Sorting: Sort, grade, and pack harvested products according to industry standards and quality control guidelines.
- Field Maintenance: Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including weeding, irrigation setup, and cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Handling: Operate agricultural equipment (e.g., forklifts, harvesters) under supervision where required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (H2A sponsorship available).
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed during harvest season.
