Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse associates during shift operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Process payroll and performance documentation weekly
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
