Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with day shift managers to maintain seamless operational continuity
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow processes using WMS systems to meet productivity targets
- Conduct shift briefings and provide real-time coaching to team members
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF scanning
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
