Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy in stock management
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation teams
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency during overnight hours
- Train staff on new equipment and operational procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
