- Manage 10-15 person overnight warehouse teams
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Coordinate cross-functional department workflows
- Conduct performance evaluations and training
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
