Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Experience with forklift operation and OSHA forklift certification
- Proven track record in team development and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
