Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates, directing daily warehouse operations and productivity targets
- Implement inventory control protocols, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and emergency procedures for night operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of freight
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations for night crew
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record
