Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system reconciliation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Investigate and resolve operational bottlenecks during peak hours
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Experience with JIT inventory management principles
