Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift preference
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied climate conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
