Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 10-15 person night shift team to meet daily production targets
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and management
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and develop team training programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in temperature-controlled facility
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
