Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift warehouse associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Handle equipment maintenance scheduling and troubleshooting
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
