Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification required
