Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team with performance coaching and task delegation
- Implement inventory control protocols using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between receiving, storage, and shipping
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Generate shift reports and analyze productivity metrics
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and experience with pallet jacks
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Spanish fluency required (bilingual environment)
