Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards across the warehouse
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide actionable coaching
- Resolve operational escalations and coordinate with day shift leadership
- Generate nightly performance reports and productivity metrics
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Experience leading teams of 10+ associates
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
